Ganja Sharab, the house where Taliano is made

Taliano is produced at Ganja Sharab, an Azerbaijani wine house established in 1984. Modernised with European equipment in 1998, the house brings the Italian Charmat method together with Azerbaijani winemaking.

Here, second fermentation takes place in sealed stainless-steel tanks, preserving freshness, clarity and a fine, persistent sparkle.

Our story

Italian taste,
Caspian soul.

Taliano brings the Italian tank method to a wine house in Azerbaijan. The result is a sparkling wine with a precise point of view: Italian in method, Azerbaijani in spirit.

The method is Italian.
The house is Azerbaijani. One shared expression

method

At Ganja Şərab, Taliano’s base wines are blended before entering sealed stainless-steel tanks. A second fermentation unfolds under controlled pressure, creating the fine, persistent bubbles that define the wine. It is bottled at its freshest, preserving clarity, lift and bright fruit from cellar to glass.
